Zangge Mining coordinates resource development with ecological and environmental protection, and continues to advance work related to ecological protection and land management. Taking into account the characteristics of salt lake resource development, the Company systematically identifies potential impacts on the ecological environment and biodiversity across all stages, from exploration and feasibility study, design and construction, production and operation, to mine closure and exit. In accordance with the mitigation hierarchy of “avoidance–minimization–restoration,” the Company advances ecological protection, land reclamation, and ecological restoration in mining areas, promoting coordinated development between resource development and ecological conservation.

Strictly comply with biodiversity protection requirements in operating regions to avoid or minimize ecological impacts.

Avoid developing projects in World Heritage Sites or IUCN Protected Areas (Categories I–IV) without government approval.

Adhere to the environmental management principles of “protection first, prevention-oriented, comprehensive governance, public participation, and liability for damage”, focusing on ecosystem protection and minimizing potential adverse impacts on biodiversity from business activities.
