We strictly comply with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and other relevant laws and regulations. The company has established and implemented internal management systems, including the Occupational Health Management System and the Occupational Hazard Monitoring System. Following the principles of “prevention first, combining prevention and treatment, classified management, and comprehensive governance,” we continuously optimize production facilities and occupational disease prevention measures. Regular occupational hazard monitoring and assessments are conducted to ensure a healthy, safe, and stable working environment.
Occupational Health Management
The company has established an Occupational Health Leadership Group responsible for supervision and management of occupational health. Dedicated occupational health personnel assist in tasks such as occupational health examinations, hazard factor monitoring, production site inspections, and health education and training.
We continuously improve management systems related to occupational disease prevention and conduct education and training programs covering occupational disease prevention, treatment, and the use of protective equipment.
Monthly occupational hazard monitoring is conducted, and results are promptly communicated to all workshops and positions, ensuring employees are informed about occupational health risks associated with their roles and fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
In 2024, the company organized annual occupational health examinations for all employees to ensure their physical well-being.
Health Protection Measures
To prevent, control, and eliminate occupational hazards, and effectively prevent occupational diseases, the company implements a range of health protection measures, including hazard identification, labor protection, and health examinations, thereby safeguarding the health and rights of all employees.
Hazard Identification
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the company annually engages third-party institutions with occupational hazard testing qualifications to detect occupational hazards in production and operational sites. A comprehensive occupational hazard assessment is conducted every three years, covering the entire company. In 2024, Zangge Mining’s production bases actively carried out third-party occupational hazard testing, covering chemical and physical factors such as dust, chemical toxins, noise, and high temperatures. Test results, protective requirements, and findings were promptly communicated and publicly displayed to all employees. Regular inspections of equipment and facilities were also conducted to ensure the implementation of occupational hazard prevention responsibilities.
Strengthening Labor Protection
Employees exposed to occupational hazards are provided with standardized and effective personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, electrical insulation protection, gas masks, dust/toxic masks, and hearing protection. The company supervises the correct use of PPE to prevent occupational diseases. Additionally, labor protection cards are issued to all production teams, clearly specifying the required PPE for each job role.
Health Examinations
The company annually commissions qualified medical institutions to conduct occupational health examinations, establishing and maintaining employee occupational health records. Based on examination results, employee work schedules are adjusted, and positions are periodically rotated to prevent repetitive strain injuries.
