We strictly comply with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and other relevant laws and regulations. The company has established and implemented internal management systems, including the Occupational Health Management System and the Occupational Hazard Monitoring System. Following the principles of “prevention first, combining prevention and treatment, classified management, and comprehensive governance,” we continuously optimize production facilities and occupational disease prevention measures. Regular occupational hazard monitoring and assessments are conducted to ensure a healthy, safe, and stable working environment.
Occupational Health Management
The company has established an Occupational Health Leadership Group responsible for supervision and management of occupational health. Dedicated occupational health personnel assist in tasks such as occupational health examinations, hazard factor monitoring, production site inspections, and health education and training.
We continuously improve management systems related to occupational disease prevention and conduct education and training programs covering occupational disease prevention, treatment, and the use of protective equipment.
Monthly occupational hazard monitoring is conducted, and results are promptly communicated to all workshops and positions, ensuring employees are informed about occupational health risks associated with their roles and fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
The Company organizes occupational health examinations and health surveillance to gain a clear understanding of employees’ health conditions and ensure the effective implementation of occupational health management measures.
Health Protection Measures
To prevent, control, and eliminate occupational hazards, and effectively prevent occupational diseases, the company implements a range of health protection measures, including hazard identification, labor protection, and health examinations, thereby safeguarding the health and rights of all employees.
Hazard Identification
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company regularly organizes monitoring and assessment of occupational disease hazard factors. Focusing on factors such as noise, dust, and high temperatures, the Company strengthens on-site identification and control, maintains monitoring records, and promptly advances rectification of identified issues. In 2025, the concentrations and intensity levels of occupational hazard factors to which employees were exposed at all positions in the workplace complied with the limits prescribed by national standards, with a position compliance rate of 100%.
Strengthening Labor Protection
Employees exposed to occupational hazards are provided with standardized and effective personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, electrical insulation protection, gas masks, dust/toxic masks, and hearing protection. The company supervises the correct use of PPE to prevent occupational diseases. Additionally, labor protection cards are issued to all production teams, clearly specifying the required PPE for each job role.
Health Examinations
The Company regularly commissions qualified medical institutions to conduct occupational health examinations for employees in positions exposed to occupational disease hazard factors, and establishes occupational health records for dynamic management. Based on examination results and the risk characteristics of different positions, the Company continues to optimize its health surveillance measures. In 2025, no confirmed cases caused by occupational disease hazard factors were identified.
Occupational Health Training
In accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the Company continues to provide occupational health-related training. The training covers occupational health knowledge, occupational disease prevention, emergency rescue, and other relevant topics. It is provided to various groups, including new employees, temporary workers, transferred employees, interns, and outsourced workers, to ensure that personnel in relevant positions complete occupational health training before taking up their posts.​ For current employees, the Company regularly organizes specialized occupational health training to continuously enhance employees’ occupational health awareness and practical protection capabilities. In 2025, the coverage rate of employees’ occupational health examinations was 100%, the coverage rate of occupational health examinations for employees in positions exposed to occupational hazard factors was 100%, and the coverage rate of employees’ right to refuse unsafe work was 100%.
