Uniting Women’s Strength, Showcasing Female Elegance

To celebrate the 113th International Women’s Day and further enrich the cultural life of female employees while energizing the workplace, the company’s labor union organized two Women’s Day fun events on March 3 and 6, held at the headquarters and the Huzhou site, respectively, under the theme “Zangge Women: Your Participation Makes It More Exciting!” Over 80 female employees participated. Activities included target basketball, fun darts, and ping-pong ball clamping. On this occasion, the union also distributed a 200 RMB gift card to each of the company’s 449 female employees, expressing care and appreciation, while uniting women’s strength and uplifting their spirits.

The fun activities tested participants’ agility and adaptability, showcasing the strength of female employees. The competition was both intense and enjoyable, allowing each participant to experience the joy and excitement of winning amid their busy work. Participants expressed that they would take the event as motivation to engage in their work with renewed energy, enthusiasm, and determination.
