University-Industry Cooperation, Integration of Education and Industry

On June 21, 2023, 32 rising senior students from the Chemical Engineering and Technology program of the School of Chemical Engineering at Qinghai University began a one-month internship at our company. A welcome ceremony was held by the Human Resources Department at the company site.

At the ceremony, Ms. Wang Qiuyu from the Human Resources Department gave teachers and students a brief introduction to the city of Golmud, the development of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd., and Zangge Potash Co., Ltd. Promotional videos of Golmud and Zangge Mining were also shown to help them gain a deeper understanding of the city and the company.

Mr. Chen Jianguo, Director of the Human Resources Department, warmly welcomed the interns and expressed his hope that they could apply what they had learned and gain valuable experience during the internship. He also encouraged students to cherish this opportunity, learn and consolidate theoretical knowledge through practice, accumulate work and social experience, and grow rapidly.

The internship program was strongly supported by the Production Management Department, Logistics Management Department, Safety and Environmental Protection Department, Utility Department, and Zangge Lithium Co., Ltd. It is believed that during this short yet fulfilling period, the interns will be able to learn together with employees, exchange ideas, and successfully transition into their new roles.

Internship is an essential part of higher education. It is hoped that the interns can apply their theoretical knowledge to practice, identify areas for improvement, summarize their learnings, and successfully complete their internship tasks.
