Cangge Mining Donates RMB 5.6 Million in Cash and Supplies to Earthquake-Affected Areas in Gansu and Qinghai

At 11:59 PM on December 18, a magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province, affecting multiple areas in Haidong, Qinghai Province, with severe damage reported in both provinces.

Following the earthquake, Cangge Mining immediately activated its disaster relief plan, promptly assessed the situation in the affected areas, and provided support based on local needs.

On December 19, the company urgently dispatched two staff members to Lanzhou to coordinate with the Lanzhou Red Cross Society, purchasing RMB 300,000 worth of disaster relief supplies, including quilts, coats, electric blankets, and food, for delivery to the earthquake-hit areas in Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu. Simultaneously, the company procured RMB 300,000 worth of relief materials locally in Golmud overnight for delivery to Minhe County, Qinghai. In addition, the company donated RMB 5 million to the Qinghai Red Cross Society as a special fund for earthquake relief. All supplies were delivered to the severely affected areas by December 21.
