Company Labor Union Holds Women’s Day Health Knowledge Lecture

On the occasion of the 114th International Women’s Day, to genuinely care for the physical and mental health of female employees, further promote health knowledge, and advocate scientific health concepts and a civilized lifestyle, the company labor union organized a women’s health knowledge lecture on the afternoon of March 6. The event, themed “Protecting Women’s Health · Walking Together with Love,” was conducted jointly with physicians from Renkang Hospital. Over 70 female employees from the Lake District and headquarters attended. On this festive occasion, the labor union also distributed gift cards worth 200 RMB each to 406 female employees, expressing care and greetings.

The lecture consisted of two sessions: “Prevention and Care of Common Gynecological Diseases” and “Common Knowledge of Breast Health.” Dr. Wu Xiaoli, Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology, shared her clinical experience and explained women’s health in an accessible way, covering topics such as two key health aspects for women, cautious use of “three types of drugs” during menstruation, four dietary restrictions, elderly women’s safety care, and physiological characteristics across six life stages. By presenting typical clinical cases, she focused on teaching self-prevention methods, encouraging women to monitor their health and undergo regular gynecological check-ups. Dr. Ma Shiming demonstrated self-breast examination techniques and explained the importance of health management from multiple perspectives, emphasizing early breast cancer screening, regular check-ups, and recording personal health status to reduce risk.

After the lecture, both instructors patiently answered questions raised by the female employees and provided on-site solutions and recommendations. The participants expressed that the content was highly practical and targeted, offering real benefits and long-term guidance, and truly conveyed the warmth and care from their “work family.”

This lecture promoted health knowledge, disseminated healthy concepts, and enhanced female employees’ awareness of self-care. Moving forward, the company will continue to pay attention to employees’ health needs, actively provide health services, improve women’s health awareness, and strengthen their well-being, helping them face life and work challenges with greater resilience, and contribute the power of women to the company’s high-quality and sustainable development.
