Company’s Party, Union, and Youth League Organizations Hold May Day Skills Competition

To further strengthen corporate culture, foster a strong atmosphere of “valuing business, learning skills, honing abilities, and enhancing quality,” and cultivate a high-caliber workforce that supports the company’s high-quality development, the company’s Party, Union, and Youth League organizations jointly launched the 2024 Labor Skills Competition from April 11 to 26 under the theme “Show Skills and Style · Forge Ahead with Excellence.”

A total of 428 employees from eight trades—including electricians, fitters, KCl testing, transporters, KCl production process, pump assembly, non-standard component welding, and culinary arts—gathered at the production site in the Lake Area to compete in skills, techniques, and performance.

This competition served as an excellent opportunity for employees to showcase their skills and unlock their potential, while also becoming a strong driver for the company to accelerate strategic goals and cultivate high-level technical talents. The company set clear requirements for the event:

On the competition field, contestants were assessed in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills according to their respective trades.

At the electrician contest, contestants skillfully stripped thick cables the size of a bowl into dozens of red, yellow, green, and blue wires with precision, astonishing the audience. Calm and practiced, they completed complex connections within minutes.

In the welding contest, participants, wearing protective visors and wielding welding torches, carefully spot-welded materials. Sparks flew as scattered components were transformed into neat weld seams under their expert hands, winning rounds of applause.

The culinary contest was equally dazzling—chopping, lighting the fire, pouring oil, stirring, adding ingredients, frying, plating—an entire sequence of fluid movements shone brightly in the glow of the flames. Fresh ingredients clashed and blended, filling the arena with rich aromas.

Meanwhile, at the KCl testing, transport, KCl production process, and pump assembly contests, employees demonstrated their best skills. With high enthusiasm and determination, they competed not only in techniques but also in mindset, discipline, and style. Their learning spirit, perseverance, problem-solving attitude, and solid technical foundation fully embodied the vigor and excellence of the “Zangge People.”

This skills competition showcased employees’ strong morale and solid technical abilities, further stimulating innovation, enhancing efficiency, and improving work quality.
