The Company Youth League Committee Organizes the 2024 Annual Youth League Training Session

To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work, and to guide League members and young employees to prioritize Party theory study while strengthening their ideological and value orientation, the company Youth League Committee recently organized Youth League members from each branch and youth representatives from departments to attend a themed training session titled “Striving to Be Good Youth of the New Era · Writing a Youthful Chapter of Struggle.” The session was delivered by Party Committee Secretary Wang Jubao, with over 90 branch committee members and youth representatives participating.

“When the youth are strong, the nation is strong. Today’s Chinese youth are blessed with the right time, the broadest stage to demonstrate their talents, and the brightest prospects to realize their dreams.” Secretary Wang Jubao opened with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s message to young people, progressively unfolding the theme of “Striving to Be Good Youth of the New Era, Writing a Youthful Chapter in the Grand Blueprint of the 20th CPC National Congress.” Drawing on historical records and stories, he comprehensively reviewed how generations of Chinese youth have devoted their youth and struggle to the Party and the people’s cause over the past century. He guided young people to firmly follow the Party, remain undaunted by hardships, and integrate personal ideals into the common struggle of the Party and the people—tempering themselves through responsibility and growing through progress. Meanwhile, by deeply interpreting the grand blueprint set forth by the 20th National Congress, he encouraged youth to nurture patriotism, sharpen their spirit of struggle, and let the flower of youth bloom in the vibrant practice of building a modern socialist country.

Comrade Wang Jubao emphasized three points.

1. Through the League lessons, the broad mass of League members and young people should consciously draw spiritual nourishment from the great pioneers of the Communist Youth League, further solidifying their confidence and determination to inherit the red legacy and to always follow the Party.

2. They should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously deepen their understanding of the Party’s fundamental theory, basic line, and basic strategies, and by concrete actions firmly uphold the “Two Establishes” and resolutely implement the “Two Safeguards.”

3. They must conscientiously carry out the Party-led League-building system and mechanisms, fully leverage the grassroots League organizations as fighting bastions and the vanguard exemplary role of young members, take their posts as a starting point, strive to excel, actively engage in Zangge’s transformation and innovation practices, and strive to become a new force driving the company’s high-quality development.

Through this themed training session, young employees further strengthened their ideals and beliefs, gained renewed motivation, and expressed their determination to strengthen learning, remain down-to-earth, and work diligently. They pledged to become youth of the new era with ideals, responsibility, resilience, and dedication—fulfilling company objectives with high morale and enthusiasm, and contributing their youthful strength to Zangge’s high-quality development.

Youth thrive in prosperous times; now is the right time for struggle. Moving forward, the company Youth League Committee will make the study, publicity, and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era a core focus of its future work, guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Youth League, and integrate it into all aspects of League work and construction. At the same time, it calls on young employees to carry forward the spirit of revolutionary predecessors, stay true to their original mission, take responsibility, and work steadfastly, contributing youthful strength to the construction of the Communist Youth League in the new era.
