Caring for Employees’ Well-being, Warming the Grassroots and Nurturing Hearts

To further improve employee benefits and enhance employees’ self-care awareness, Xiao Yao, President of Zangge Mining, specially invited Academician Yan Shici, a practitioner and inheritor of the painless orthopedic “Three-needle therapy”, from the Talent Management Center of the Chinese Academy of Management Science, to conduct a two-day free clinic for company employees on May 16 and 17 at both the group headquarters office building and the Chaka Salt Lake plant.

At the clinic, Academician Yan Shici patiently answered the questions of each visitor and provided educational explanations on common bone-related ailments including cervical spine, lumbar spine, spinal disorders, rheumatism, and bruises or injuries. He offered personalized treatment and rehabilitation suggestions based on individual conditions and distributed muscle and bone patches, herbal packs, and medicines according to patients’ conditions. This not only helped each employee gain a clear understanding of their own health status but also widely promoted the importance of healthy lifestyle habits, providing favorable conditions for early detection, early intervention, and early treatment.

The event not only enhanced employees’ health awareness and self-care abilities, but also increased their sense of happiness and belonging.
