Launch of Zangge Potash Fertilizer’s 2024 “Safety Production Month” Activities

This June marks the 23rd National “Safety Production Month.” To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of instructions on safety production and execute the major provincial and municipal decisions in the field of safety production, the 2024 “Safety Production Month” launch ceremony of Zangge Potash Fertilizer was held on the afternoon of June 4 in the multimedia classroom of the Lake Area office building. Deputy General Manager An Shoujun and Assistant General Manager Xiao Bing attended, along with key department heads and employee representatives.

At the launch ceremony, the Head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department read out the “2024 Safety Production Month Activity Plan”, detailing the arrangements for the series of activities. Participants also watched the warning-education film “Safety Production, Responsibility on the Shoulder” to learn from cases, firmly establish a red-line awareness, tighten and implement responsibilities, and foster the practice of “everyone talks safety, everyone knows emergency response,” thereby strengthening the company’s safety production as a “solid wall of protection.”

An Shoujun emphasized that the company always pursues development and safety in parallel. It is necessary to further advance innovations in safety management concepts, systems, and methods, and treat safety culture construction as an important means to improve the level of safety governance.

An Shoujun further stressed that all departments should use “Safety Production Month” as an opportunity to fully implement departmental duties and the safety responsibility system for all positions, deeply convey the importance of safety accountability, clearly define each position’s safety responsibilities, and strive to establish a work pattern where everyone talks safety and every task follows regulations. Departments should also closely follow the theme of “Safety Production Month” to carefully organize training, publicity and education, emergency drills, and knowledge competitions, creating a strong safety culture atmosphere to promote the company’s safe development.

At the end of the event, all participants signed a pledge on the banner “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Keep the Lifeline Clear.”
