Zangge Mining “Yi Xing Hong Guang” — Supporting the Second Children’s Scar Summer Camp of Beijing Children’s Hospital

In July this year, the company donated RMB 280,000 to the Beijing Children’s Health Foundation to support the 2024 Second Children’s Scar Summer Camp of Beijing Children’s Hospital. This charitable act aimed to provide burn and scald-injured children with an activity full of love and support, helping them build confidence and restore sunshine in their hearts. From August 9 to 11, three volunteers from the company visited the camp site and spent an unforgettable time with the children.

During the summer camp, the volunteers actively participated and played important roles. Together with the professional team, they carried out a series of carefully designed activities to help these children heal their psychological wounds and regain the courage to live. The camp offered different forms of art therapy, such as painting and music, enabling children to express their emotions through colors and melodies. At the same time, special psychological counseling sessions were provided for parents, teaching them how to better support and understand their children.

In addition, the volunteers guided the injured children to participate in outdoor activities, using games and interactions to educate them on the importance of burn prevention and how to avoid such accidents. The laughter and interactions during the activities were proof that the children were gradually stepping out of the shadows and striding toward the sunlight. We believe that through these diverse and creative activities, not only could the children enhance their self-expression, but they could also develop positive expectations for the future and rebuild their self-confidence. This spiritual capital will become a valuable asset in their life journey.

At the end of the camp, a professional medical team carried out free consultations for the children. During the consultations, the medical staff listened patiently to every child, carefully examined their wounds, and provided scientific diagnoses and guidance. The children could feel the care and professionalism of the medical staff, as well as the warmth of society’s support. Each medical worker was not only treating physical injuries but also serving as a caretaker of the children’s hearts, offering them the gentlest comfort and encouragement.

This generous donation was widely praised by parents and society and filled all Zangge employees with pride and honor.
