“Potash” for Growth, “Lithium” for a New Journey — Zangge Group 2024 Campus Recruitment Onboarding Training

To accelerate the role and mindset transition of Zangge Group’s 2024 campus recruits, help them quickly adapt to the company environment, integrate into its culture, acquire core job skills, and grow into the backbone force with strong professionalism, teamwork, and long-term potential, Zangge Group held a three-day onboarding training from August 14 to 16, 2024.
The training included mentor meetings, theoretical courses, and production workshop visits, aiming to help new recruits gain a rapid understanding of the company’s business, integrate into teams, and lay a solid foundation for their future careers.

At the opening session, Mr. Qin Shizhe, Vice President of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech. He shared insights on the hardships and challenges of the mining industry, encouraging recruits to embrace a spirit of perseverance, value teamwork, and build strong relationships. He stressed the importance of maintaining calmness and vision amid industry cycles, adhering to long-termism, and advancing steadily. He noted: “Setbacks are the ladder to growth.” He urged recruits to face challenges with courage, constantly surpass themselves, and create a brighter future together.
Mr. Wang Libing, Director of the Public Facilities Department, has been serving as a mentor since 2022. Over the past two years, he has imparted his knowledge wholeheartedly, nurturing capable talents for the company. Representing outstanding mentors, he warmly welcomed the 2024 campus recruits and pledged to spare no effort in guiding and cultivating them.

Mr. Huang Zongming from the Transportation Department of Zangge Potash Fertilizer, an outstanding trainee of the 2023 intake, shared his journey with Zangge over the past year. He encouraged the newcomers not to fear failure or difficulties but to maintain passion and focus, and to draw wisdom and strength from collaboration.

To further inspire and support recruits, the company specially appointed class advisers. The three advisers of the 2024 intake committed to providing comprehensive guidance and care.

On behalf of the new graduates, Management Trainee Ms. Lou Xiaoyan made a solemn oath: “With full enthusiasm, firm conviction, and a pragmatic approach, we will work diligently, strive relentlessly, and pursue excellence on the grand stage of Zangge Group, writing a new, glorious chapter together!”

The mentor-apprentice program symbolizes the inheritance of experience, the relay of wisdom, and the intertwining of responsibility and trust. The signing of mentorship agreements marks the passing of responsibility and mission, the spark of trust and hope, and serves as a testament to deep bonds and future collaboration.

On the second day, recruits visited the production workshops of Zangge Potash Fertilizer and Zangge Lithium. Guided by professionals, they gained deeper insights into the company’s production processes and were impressed by the rigorous work ethic of Zangge employees.

For fresh graduates just stepping into the workplace, a solid theoretical foundation is essential for their professional careers. To this end, the Human Resources Department organized a series of theoretical training courses to help them build a systematic knowledge framework and lay the groundwork for long-term career development.

After three fulfilling days, the training concluded successfully. The recruits, once new and unfamiliar, had transformed into passionate and ambitious members of the Zangge family. One participant remarked: “I am grateful to the company for this valuable learning opportunity, which showed me the importance of combining theory with practice. It has greatly enhanced my understanding of the company and boosted my confidence in future development. As part of the company, I must not only master professional skills but also cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and actively contribute my youth and energy to the company’s growth.”
