Zangge Potash Fertilizer Successfully Concludes August Events of the 12th Staff Sports Games

Following the schedule outlined in the 12th Staff Sports Games Plan, the Company Party and Cultural Department organized basketball and table tennis competitions from August 17 to August 21 at the Lakeside venue. The basketball tournament featured 10 teams, including 7 men’s teams and 3 women’s teams, while the table tennis competition attracted 82 participants, with 60 men and 22 women.

As the referee’s whistle signaled the start of the basketball games, the players, dressed in coordinated uniforms, displayed full energy and focus. Every precise pass, dribble, and decisive shot was met with enthusiastic applause and cheers from the audience.

After five days of intense matches, the “Conquerors” team from the Safety & Environmental Department and the “Zhuoma” team from the Production Management Department won the men’s and women’s basketball championships, respectively.

On the table tennis courts, the small ball bounced rapidly as players concentrated on each rally. With precise serves and agile shots, participants demonstrated skill, strategy, and quick thinking, keeping spectators captivated.

Ultimately, Wei Tingmei from the Human Resources Department and Peng Yao from the Public Facilities Department claimed the championships in the women’s and men’s table tennis events, respectively.

With the successful conclusion of the basketball and table tennis events, all participants fully embodied the sportsmanship values of teamwork, perseverance, and never giving up. The September schedule will feature badminton, standing long jump, and checkers competitions, among other activities.
