Zangge Mining Holds Rollout Meeting for the “Group-level Legal Affairs Management Handbook”

To thoroughly implement the group-level strategic deployment and strengthen the management efficiency of the legal affairs function, on April 15, Zangge Mining’s Legal Affairs Department organized a rollout meeting for the “Group-level Legal Affairs Management Handbook”. Attendees included general managers and deputy general managers from the group headquarters and subsidiaries, as well as members of the group-level management control team.

The meeting advanced the establishment of the management system through four key agendas. In his opening remarks, Dai Zhiqiang, Legal Director of Zangge Mining, emphasized that the purpose of the rollout meeting is to clarify the positioning and authority of the legal affairs departments at both the group headquarters and subsidiaries, unify standards, strengthen collaboration, and prevent risks. This ensures that legal affairs work across the group operates as “one cohesive system”, creating stronger strategic synergy between the headquarters and subsidiaries, supporting business operations, and generating value for the group.

Gu Wentao, Senior Legal Advisor and Deputy Leader of the Management Control Team, comprehensively explained the strategic significance, core requirements, and fundamental principles of the group-level management system. Legal Counsel Sun Liming provided a systematic analysis of the implementation pathway for the group-level legal affairs management, highlighting the functional positioning and authority delineation between the headquarters and subsidiary legal departments, and clarified the next steps in the work plan.

In his concluding remarks, Director Dai emphasized that the Legal Affairs Department must actively communicate the meeting spirit, strictly implement the “Group-level Legal Affairs Management Handbook”, and adhere to the three iron rules:
