Zangge Mining Holds First New Employee Orientation of 2025
On April 29, Zangge Mining organized the first session of its 2025 new employee orientation program. A total of 37 employees from various departments participated through a combined “online + offline” format. The training focused on three core modules—corporate awareness, institutional regulations, and business understanding. With a systematic curriculum design and a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism, the program aimed to help new employees quickly integrate into the company’s ecosystem and inject fresh momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
The training was conducted in two sessions, morning and afternoon. The morning session centered on building foundational knowledge. Zhang Miao from the Human Resources Department delivered a course titled Company Introduction, reviewing the company’s development history, systematically analyzing Zangge Mining’s industry position and competitive advantages, and providing an in-depth interpretation of its mission, vision, and values. In the HR Policies and Regulations course, Zhang offered a comprehensive explanation of HR policies, covering key aspects such as attendance management, compensation and benefits, and career development, helping new employees clearly understand the company’s management requirements. Wang Lei from the Information Management Department introduced the Zangge App through a live demonstration, guiding participants on its key functions and hands-on applications in common office scenarios such as information inquiries, process approvals, and meeting reservations, enabling employees to quickly adapt to the digital office environment.

The afternoon session emphasized financial practices and core business insights. Colleagues from the Financial Management Department delivered the Expense Reimbursement course, using real-life cases to thoroughly explain reimbursement policies and procedures—from categorization to approval processes—and provided solutions to common issues, offering employees clear guidance for future work. In the Production Process Introduction course, Zhang Miao, using a combination of PPT slides and mapping tools, systematically explained the full process of potash and lithium resource development and processing, giving employees a more comprehensive and multidimensional understanding of the company’s core business and Zangge’s fertilizer plant operations.
To ensure training effectiveness, the Human Resources Department adopted a dual evaluation mechanism of “exams + questionnaires.” Immediately after the training, a dedicated test was administered, covering core knowledge such as company policies and business processes, to comprehensively assess learning outcomes. At the same time, an online survey was conducted to collect employee feedback on course content, instructor performance, and organizational arrangements, providing data support for the optimization of future training programs. Going forward, the company will continue to improve its talent development mechanisms and build a systematic training framework, providing talent assurance for both employees’ career development and the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.
