Zangge Potash Hosts “Summer Birthday Celebration” Staff Gathering

To enhance employees’ sense of belonging and well-being and to promote the company’s human-centered philosophy—“the company exists for people, relies on people, and serves people”—Zangge Potash organized the “Summer Birthday Celebration: Sharing Joy Together” staff gathering on June 13, 2025. Over 60 employees enthusiastically participated, creating a warm and lively atmosphere filled with laughter.

The event began with a heartfelt welcome from Ms. Lin Juan, Vice Chairperson of the Zangge Potash Labor Union, who extended sincere birthday wishes to all celebrants. She emphasized that the union will always serve as a supportive “home” for employees and will continue to foster harmonious growth between the company and its staff. Following this, employee representative Zhao Yue shared reflections on personal growth within the company, expressing gratitude for colleagues and pride in being part of the Zangge family.

The celebration featured engaging games such as “Time Capsule Player,” “Back-to-Back Balloon Pop,” and “Multiplier Challenge”, which saw enthusiastic participation and lively interaction. Employees collaborated and competed, showcasing the team spirit and energy of Zangge Potash. The program reached its emotional peak with a heartfelt performance of “Father’s Grassland, Mother’s River” by Xiao Bing, Assistant to the General Manager and Head of Production, earning resounding applause. Additionally, Dong Zhijia from Workshop One performed “A Lucky Day”, conveying warm wishes to all birthday celebrants.

The finale featured a beautifully decorated birthday cake ceremony. Employees gathered around, donned birthday hats, and joined in singing the birthday song. Staff members presented vibrant roses to each celebrant, each flower symbolizing heartfelt wishes. Carefully prepared birthday gifts were distributed, and under the flickering candlelight, everyone made personal wishes, sharing the sweet cake and enjoying moments of joy and warmth together.
