Zangge Potash Holds First 2025 Staff Congress; An Shoujun Elected as Employee Director of the Fourth Board

On June 10, 2025, the first Staff Congress of Zangge Potash Co., Ltd. in 2025 was successfully held at the West Office Building of the Lake Area. The congress strictly followed legal procedures and successfully completed its core agenda: electing the Employee Director for the company’s Fourth Board of Directors.

Out of 56 eligible staff representatives, 40 attended the meeting, meeting the quorum requirements stipulated by the Staff Congress Regulations.

The congress opened solemnly with the national anthem, followed by thorough discussions among the attending representatives. The election was conducted by secret ballot, ensuring fairness and transparency. Mr. An Shoujun, Chairman of the Zangge Potash Labor Union, was elected as the Employee Director of the Fourth Board of Directors with 39 votes in favor, reflecting strong support from the staff.

This election marks a significant step in strengthening corporate governance and protecting employee rights, injecting new momentum into the company’s sustainable development and participatory management.
