After the lecture, participants took an on-site examination. The training was both theoretically rigorous and practically relevant.

Secretary Wang Jubao reviewed common crimes under criminal law that affect enterprise development and occupational crimes, analyzed the main causes of occupational crimes, assessed the current criminal legal risks faced by the company, and outlined countermeasures for preventing such crimes. He provided detailed explanations on the importance of criminal compliance and how to strengthen the company’s criminal compliance framework.
Regarding potential occupational crime risks for company personnel, preventive measures were suggested:

1. Strengthen professional ethics education and legal awareness campaigns to educate employees to comply with laws and regulations;
2. Balance economic benefits with social benefits;

3. Strengthen corporate compliance, improve rules and regulations, standardize management and supervision, and reinforce oversight of key departments and positions such as production, material procurement, sales, and finance;
4. Preventive mechanisms should be implemented alongside measures to combat occupational crimes.
At the end of the course, Secretary Wang Jubao expressed his hope that everyone would develop awareness of criminal legal risk prevention, resist temptation, control desires, maintain personal integrity, and abide by laws. Upholding the company’s philosophy of “scientific compliance, diligent innovation, fairness and transparency, dedication and integrity, and win-win cooperation,” employees should be like lotus flowers, “emerging unstained from the mud, cleansed by clear waters, yet not ostentatious,” and cultivate the principle of being accountable to oneself when facing temptation.
