The Company Trade Union Organizes Training on Women’s Rights Protection

To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, promote awareness of laws, regulations, and policies protecting women’s rights, and further enhance female employees’ ability to safeguard their legal rights, while fostering a supportive environment for protecting their interests, the company trade union invited Ms. Pu Wenqian from Qinghai Shuren Law Firm on April 12, 2023, to conduct two special legal training sessions titled “Recognizing Women’s Power, Protecting Women’s Rights” at the Zangge Potash and Zangge Lithium plants. A total of 98 female employees participated.

The training focused on “Women’s Rights Protection,” providing explanations of relevant laws and policies such as the “Law on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests (2022 Revision),” the Marriage and Family section of the Civil Code, the “Anti-Domestic Violence Law,” and the “Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Employees.” The aim was to enhance female employees’ awareness of self-protection and legal rights, popularize women’s fundamental rights under the law, and, through real-life case examples, guide employees to bravely face difficulties and pressures in work and life. They were encouraged to learn the law, understand it, and abide by it, while actively exploring, innovating, and striving for progress. This allows them to maintain their families, manage their careers, and embody the self-reliant, progressive image of women in the new era. The content was rich, practical, and closely aligned with work realities, receiving unanimous recognition from participating female employees.

Using legal education and awareness initiatives to actively guide female employees to respect and apply the law is an important means to protect their legal rights and special interests. It is also a key measure to strengthen care for female employees. By conducting this legal training, the company not only provides protection for female employees to safeguard their rights and enhances their legal awareness but also encourages them to be self-respecting, self-loving, independent, and strong. In doing so, they can showcase the strength and spirit of women in the new era while contributing to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
