The Company Organized Relevant Personnel to Participate in the Securities Violation Warning Education Exhibition

On the afternoon of June 27, in accordance with the notice from the Qinghai Securities Association regarding the “Securities Violation Warning Education Exhibition in Ge’ermu, Haixi Prefecture,” Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. organized more than 20 employees and cadres from the Board Office, General Manager’s Office, Legal Department, Finance Department, Internal Control Department, and Audit Department to visit the Ge’ermu Kunlun South Road Securities Branch of China Galaxy Securities. The exhibition was jointly organized by the Qinghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, Qinghai Securities Association, Ge’ermu Financial Work Office, and the bank’s securities branch.

Three team leaders from the Qinghai Capital Market Youth Volunteer Service Team explained a total of 25 cases across 11 modules, including listed company financial fraud, information disclosure, non-operational use of listed company funds, insider trading, market manipulation, investor suitability, off-exchange financing, anti-money laundering, and online fraud. They also highlighted the risks associated with illegal stock recommendations.

During the exhibition, employees and cadres attentively listened to the on-site explanations, further deepening their understanding of securities violations such as financial fraud, false statements, non-operational use of listed company funds, and insider trading.

The negative case presentations at the exhibition further reinforced the legal awareness of relevant personnel, emphasizing respect, caution, and adherence to professional boundaries.
