Strengthening Leaching Technology Training to Fully Enhance Professional Competence

To further improve the professional and technical competence of employees in the production department and enrich the comprehensive knowledge of new recruits, the Technical R&D Department, in accordance with the Production Management Department’s requirements and based on the company’s actual situation, arranged for Process Engineer Wei Jincai to conduct a leaching technology training on July 12 in the Western Multimedia Classroom of the Lake District for selected employees from the Production Management and Technical R&D Departments.

The training aimed to enhance employees’ professional and technical skills, enable them to understand and master leaching technology as well as the company’s mine resource planning, and create a positive work and learning environment.

Focusing on leaching production, the training was guided by practical production scenarios, making it highly targeted and comprehensive. It combined theoretical knowledge with practical work experience and provided detailed explanations on six aspects: resource verification, distribution, leaching process, monitoring, analysis, and solid-liquid conversion.

Approximately 30 employees attended the training. The speaker delivered the content clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. Employees actively participated and asked questions, resulting in a highly effective training session.

Through this training, employees actively engaged in learning, improved their knowledge, and effectively applied what they learned to enhance production efficiency, thereby contributing to the company’s sustained and stable production performance.
