Zangge Mining Joins the "Corporate Anti-Fraud Alliance"

Recently, Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. passed the qualification review and completed the membership procedures, officially becoming a member of the "Corporate Anti-Fraud Alliance."

The "Corporate Anti-Fraud Alliance" is a non-profit civil cooperation organization in China, jointly initiated in Shanghai by the country's only Internal Control Association, leading enterprises such as Vanke, Alibaba, Shimao, CIMC, SF Express, Midea, Country Garden, Fosun, and Sun Yat-sen University, with the goal of combating fraud.

The Alliance is founded on the principle of "Collaborative Anti-Fraud, Building a Better Society," upholding the vision of "Clean China • Influencing the World," and is committed to research and services in areas such as modernizing governance systems and anti-fraud capabilities, standard-setting, and blacklist sharing.

Our company has always placed business ethics in a prominent position, advocating the business principles of "fair competition and anti-corruption." We have established a Board Audit Committee as the evaluation body and an Audit Department as the standing institution, and formulated and revised the "Anti-Fraud Policy" in 2022.

In daily management, the company requires new employees to undergo anti-fraud training and education on laws, regulations, and ethical integrity, and raises employee awareness and regulates professional conduct through employee handbooks, training, and publicity activities.

After joining the "Corporate Anti-Fraud Alliance," the company will share anti-fraud resources with alliance members, enhance its anti-fraud capabilities, and jointly promote the research and development of the domestic anti-fraud system.
