To continuously advance the training of the company's party members and management personnel, in accordance with the Party Committee’s "2023 Key Points of Party Building Work" and the company's "2023 Training Plan," the program focused on three dimensions: strengthening demand orientation, optimizing resource integration, and deepening reform and innovation. The aim was to cultivate a high-quality grassroots cadre team that upholds faith, values dedication, possesses skills, and emphasizes integrity, while building the "Sunshine Zangge" Party-building brand.

From July 31 to August 4, 2023, the company’s Party Committee and Administration held the first "2023 Party Member and Key Cadre Competency Enhancement Training Class" at the Haidong Kunlun International Hotel.

This training combined thematic lectures with on-site visits and practical teaching.

In the thematic lectures, Professor Qiao Jun and Professor Zhang Huizhi from the Party School of Qinghai Provincial Committee taught "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" and "Party Members’ Ideals, Beliefs, and Party Spirit Cultivation in the New Era," respectively. Lecturer Zhang Jing from the School of Marxism at Qinghai University taught "Employee Mindset and Corporate Culture" and "High-Performance Team Building and Management." Dr. Chen Juan, a Law PhD from Xiamen University and lecturer at the Law School of Qinghai Nationalities University, explained "Legal Guarantees for Ecological Protection and Enterprise Development." Professor Feng Caili from the School of Marxism at Qinghai University taught "Cultivating Managerial Competencies."

For on-site teaching, more than 50 participants visited Hongguang Village in Xunhua County to tour the West Route Army Memorial Hall and Red Army Primary School. They learned about the heroic chapter in Chinese revolutionary history written with the blood and lives of West Route Army soldiers during the Long March. They also learned how captured West Route Army soldiers remained true to their mission and faith, incorporating revolutionary symbols such as the "five-pointed star," "sickle," and "hammer" into every building, creating a narrative of national unity under extraordinary circumstances.

They visited the former residence of the 10th Panchen Lama, gaining insights into his contributions to the peaceful liberation of Tibet and deeply understanding his patriotism and care for the people.

They also visited the Huzhu Tianyoude Qingke Liquor production base to study on-site production management, environmental management, and other operational practices.

At the "New Era, New Qinghai, New Journey" exhibition at Xining Art Museum, participants gained a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the spirit of the new Qinghai Plateau.

The five-day first session of the competency enhancement training concluded with participants gaining abundant knowledge and experience.

This training further improved the competencies of party members and key cadres, enhanced the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization, and laid a solid foundation for the company's upcoming thematic education on in-depth study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

The company's Party Committee will further standardize the training process, treating it as a systematic project. Building on the first session, it will continue to innovate training methods and content, ensuring that participants make progress in policy theory, professional skills, and personal abilities. The goal is to fully motivate participants to become "learning-oriented" employees, truly becoming ideologically strong and professionally skilled party member cadres, providing intellectual and talent support for the company’s healthy and rapid development.
