Zangge Mining’s Directors, Supervisors, and Senior Executives Attend Special Training on the Independent Director System in Xining

To further implement the “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Reforming the Independent Director System of Listed Companies” (Guo Ban Fa [2023] No. 9), promote the smooth implementation of independent director reforms, regulate the selection of accounting firms, and enhance audit quality, on November 10, a total of 10 directors, supervisors, and senior executives of the company attended the “Special Training on Independent Director Reform” jointly organized by the Securities Associations of Shaanxi and Qinghai Provinces.

The training invited instructors from Beijing Dacheng Law Firm, Sigma Accounting Firm, and Zhuque Fund to provide in-depth explanations and interpretations on the legal responsibilities of independent directors, proper methods for listed companies to select accounting firms, and how institutional investors evaluate listed companies.

During the training, the company’s directors, supervisors, and senior executives maintained a diligent learning attitude, listened attentively, and participated actively, gaining a deeper understanding and mastery of the reform content and practical implementation of the “Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors.”

The training further encouraged independent directors to standardize their performance, improve their capabilities, and clarify their obligations and responsibilities, positively impacting the company’s ongoing institutional reforms and providing stronger support for the company’s high-quality development.
