Geermu Cangge Lithium Co., Ltd. Obtains “Intellectual Property Compliance Management System” Certification

Recently, Geermu Cangge Lithium Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) successfully passed the certification for the updated national standard “Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System” (GB/T29490-2023) and officially received the “Intellectual Property Compliance Management System Certification.” Deputy General Manager of Technology and IP Manager Representative Zhu Hongwei, Deputy General Manager of Production Ma Cunbiao, department heads, and audit participants attended the opening and closing meetings and participated in the on-site audit activities.

During the one-day audit, the audit team, based on relevant national standards and the company’s IP management system documentation, conducted a thorough review of the planning, operation, internal audits, and management reviews of the company’s intellectual property management system through on-site questioning, document review, sampling, and evidence collection, and engaged in in-depth discussions with management representatives and related personnel. After careful evaluation, the auditors unanimously concluded that company leadership attaches great importance to intellectual property work, the system documentation is well-established, operational records are complete, IP process documentation is effectively managed, the system operates in compliance with the standard requirements, and certification is recommended.

The system certification process officially began in July 2024, led by the Technology Department. By adopting a “assessment-driven improvement” approach, the company implemented the “Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System” standard, completing data research and diagnosis, document drafting and release, establishing the innovation and IP management system, and conducting a trial operation, before successfully passing the formal evaluation in October. This successful evaluation fully recognizes the company’s long-standing capabilities in technological innovation and IP management, and serves as a strong impetus for continuously enhancing innovation capacity and strengthening full-chain IP management.

In recent years, the company has placed high importance on technological innovation and system construction, having successfully obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, Energy Management System certification, Environmental Management System certification, and Integration of Informatization and Industrialization management system certification. Meanwhile, the company has actively applied for patents, trademarks, and software copyrights, cumulatively filing over 30 patents and software copyrights in the past five years. The company’s intellectual property and innovation achievements are substantial, earning it recognition as a “Technology-based Enterprise” and an “Innovative SME.”
