Zangge Potash Fertilizer Party Committee Conducts Special Party Lecture on “Core of Work Style Construction and Practical Pathways”

To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on Party work style construction, further deepen the study and education of the Central Eight Regulations, and foster a clean and upright working environment, the Zangge Potash Fertilizer Party Committee conducted a special Party lecture on “Core of Work Style Construction and Practical Pathways” on May 23, combining online and offline participation. The lecture was delivered by Comrade Wang Jubao, Secretary of the Party Committee, with over 90 Party members and active participants from various branches attending.

The lecture focused on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on Party work style construction, integrating the Party’s century-long struggle and reform practices in the new era. It emphasized that work style construction is crucial to the success of the Party and the nation, and that work style issues fundamentally reflect Party-mass relations. It was proposed that work style construction must be pursued from multiple dimensions, including the perspective of the masses, their sentiments, and public welfare. Investigative research should be the main approach, and public satisfaction the benchmark, while strictly addressing the “Four Forms of Decadence” and continuously correcting entrenched work style problems.

Comrade Wang Jubao emphasized the directions for future work: first, deepen theoretical training by integrating General Secretary Xi Jinping’s discussions on Party work style and the Central Eight Regulations into daily learning, promoting normalized and long-term work style construction in the company; second, proactively open education to focus on the pressing problems expressed by employees, using pragmatic measures to address development bottlenecks and employee pain points; third, set an example, with Party members and cadres taking the lead in “serving the people,” demonstrating Party responsibility in safe production, technological breakthroughs, and frontline service. Work style construction is an ongoing journey.

The Party Committee will continue to deepen the study and education of the Central Eight Regulations, guiding all Party members in the company to uphold fine traditions, continuously improve work style, unite closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, and advance company work in a compliant and orderly manner, injecting strong momentum into the company’s development.
