The Party Committee of Zangge Potash Fertilizer Holds Its Third Expanded Party Committee Meeting in 2025, Specially Deploying Preparations for the Party Members’ Congress

On July 1, 2025, coinciding with the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Geermu Zangge Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. held its third expanded Party Committee meeting of 2025 in the conference room on the third floor of the West Office Building in the Lake District of Geermu City. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, combining online and offline participation. The focus was on studying and implementing the spirit of the “Notice from the Preparatory Leading Group of the Zangge Mining Party Committee on Convening the First Party Members’ Congress” and on deploying preparations for the congress. Comrade Wang Jubao, Secretary of the Company Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech.

The meeting announced that, in accordance with the “Constitution of the Communist Party of China” and the “Regulations on the Election Work of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China,” and with the approval of the Geermu Municipal Party Committee, the Preparatory Leading Group of the Company Party Committee plans to convene the first Party Members’ Congress of the Party Committee of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. in late July 2025. This congress carries a significant mission, with the main agenda including the election of the company’s first Party Committee and Disciplinary Committee.

The meeting emphasized that Party organizations at all levels must deeply understand the importance of this Party Members’ Congress: first, to raise political awareness and strengthen responsibility, ensuring that the spirit of the congress reaches every Party member; second, to strictly follow procedural rules, carefully handle the nomination and recommendation of candidates, and organize member participation; third, to uphold strict election discipline, adhere to the principle of democratic centralism, and prepare in advance for the selection and training of ballot monitors and counters, ensuring that the election is conducted in a fair, transparent, and orderly manner.

The meeting requested that the Party and Mass Culture Department play a coordinating role, organize meticulously, make detailed arrangements, and effectively handle all preparatory work including meeting logistics, drafting materials, and publicity, providing strong support for the smooth convening of the congress.

Committee members of the Company Party Committee, members of the Discipline Inspection Committee, secretaries of the Party General Branch, and secretaries and members of each Party branch attended the meeting. Comrade Cao Sansheng, Director of the Board and the Supervisory Audit Committee of Zangge Mining, and Comrade Cui Pengfei, Leader of the Preparatory Leading Group of the Party Committee, were present as observers.
