Zangge Mining Leadership Conducts Field Research and Guidance on Party Building at Grassroots Party Branches

On June 12, 2025, Comrade Cao Sansheng, Director of Zangge Mining, Comrade Cui Pengfei, Head of the Preparatory Leading Group of the Zangge Mining Party Committee, and Comrade Wang Jubao, Secretary of the Zangge Potash Fertilizer Party Committee, visited the conference room on the third floor of the West Office Building in the Lake District. They held a symposium on party-building work with representatives from the company’s grassroots Party branches. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Wang Jubao, with twelve attendees including branch secretaries, branch committee members, and Party affairs workers.

The meeting began with an introduction to the company’s development history and current management structure. It provided a systematic summary of the phased progress in the preparatory work of the Zangge Mining Party Committee. Emphasis was placed on each Party branch implementing higher standards and more pragmatic measures to promote key tasks, such as streamlining the company’s external network and ensuring the smooth convening of the first Party Members’ Congress, effectively converting the Party organization’s political and organizational advantages into developmental strengths for the company.

Branch secretaries and committee members provided detailed reports on aspects such as dynamic management of Party members, achievements in party-building work, distinctive branch activities, and plans for key future tasks. During the reporting, each branch summarized experiences, confronted shortcomings, and fully demonstrated the practical and grounded approach of grassroots Party building.

Comrade Cao Sansheng, Director of Zangge Mining, fully affirmed the phased achievements of each Party branch. Based on the company’s grassroots Party-building work, he offered key guidance: branches must clearly recognize and leverage the company’s advantages in systems and mechanisms. He emphasized the principle of “seeking efficiency from management, breakthroughs from technology, and momentum from innovation,” effectively motivating employees’ enthusiasm and creativity. Branches should fully utilize the fighting fortress role of grassroots Party organizations and the exemplary role of Party members, solidly advancing fundamental grassroots Party-building work.

This meeting was not only a forum for exchanging ideas on grassroots Party-building work but also a deployment meeting to consolidate consensus and anchor new-stage development goals. The meeting required that each branch, based on the summary of existing experiences, further clarify the approach to Party-building work, refine implementation measures, and explore new paths integrating “Party-building + business.” The spirit of the meeting should be effectively conveyed to every Party member, ensuring comprehension, internalization, and practical results.
