Zangge Mining Donates RMB 5 Million in Cash to Support Earthquake Relief in Shigatse, Tibet

At 9:05 a.m. on January 7, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Dingri County in Shigatse City, Tibet, causing severe casualties and widespread housing damage. The disaster has deeply affected people across the country. Following the earthquake, Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zangge Mining”) earnestly implemented the important instructions of President Xi Jinping, immediately activated its emergency response mechanism, and took swift action to fulfill its social responsibility. Through the Qinghai Red Cross Society, the Company made a targeted cash donation of RMB 5 million to support emergency relief and post-disaster reconstruction in the affected areas.

At the donation ceremony, the management of Zangge Mining stated:

“In the face of disaster, we are one family bound together. When our brothers and sisters in Tibet face hardship, it is our duty to provide all the support we can. Though we are a thousand miles away, our hearts are with the people affected. Through this donation, we hope to contribute to the earthquake relief efforts in Dingri County, and we also call upon more enterprises and individuals to join in supporting the disaster-hit areas. Together, with love and action, we can gather great strength to bring hope to those in need.”
