Orderly Progress of National Potassium Chloride Reserve Auctions

Since the beginning of this year, driven by rising production costs and international market dynamics, domestic fertilizer prices have surged to multi-year highs. At this critical moment, Zangge Mining has actively responded to the call of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), releasing a total of 40,000 tons of potassium chloride from national reserves through auction. The supply has covered Northeast China as well as major compound fertilizer producers nationwide, effectively ensuring sufficient raw materials for spring farming.

During the implementation of the reserve release, the Company’s sales department strictly adhered to national reserve management requirements, working in advance with relevant departments to establish auction rules and ensure proper preparation. Following successful bidding, contracts were promptly signed, while the sales team coordinated closely with the logistics department to optimize transportation routes and ensure the precise delivery of auctioned goods. These measures have provided solid support for the smooth operation of the spring fertilizer supply chain.

As the second-largest potassium chloride producer in China, Zangge Mining will continue to actively respond to national policies on agricultural supply security.
