Zangge Potash Fertilizer Conducts Specialized Training on Production Safety

       The training specially invited Yu Xiaofeng, a national emergency rescue expert, an emergency management expert of Qinghai Province, and an expert consultant to the Qinghai Provincial Work Safety Committee, to deliver the session. Drawing on years of practical experience in safety management, Mr. Yu provided a systematic explanation of the dual prevention mechanism, laws and regulations on production safety, the investigation and management of major accident hazards, and analysis of typical accident cases.

       During the training, Mr. Yu focused on interpreting the development standards, core requirements, establishment process, and implementation methods of the dual prevention mechanism. He also accurately analyzed common issues encountered by enterprises in safety management. In addition, based on typical production safety accident cases in China in recent years, he conducted an in-depth review of accident causes, management loopholes, determination of responsibilities, and accountability details, and proposed practical measures for hazard rectification, risk avoidance, and emergency prevention.

       Through case-based legal interpretation, example-based clarification of responsibilities, and learning-oriented guidance for action, the training guided all participants to firmly establish the principle of “safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive governance.” It further enhanced their awareness of performing duties in accordance with laws and regulations, and comprehensively improved their capabilities in risk anticipation, prevention and control, and emergency response.
