On January 8, 2026, a delegation led by Wang Qi, Principal of Golmud Special Education School, paid a special visit to the Company and presented a commemorative banner to the Party Committee of Zangge Potash bearing the inscription “Party Building Unites Strength to Advance Education, Care for Special Education Warms Children’s Hearts.” The banner was presented as a sincere expression of gratitude for a series of volunteer service initiatives carried out by the Party Committee of Zangge Potash in 2025.
The delegation was received by Cui Pengfei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of Zangge Mining, Xiao Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zangge Potash, and Wang Wei, Head of the ESG Office of Zangge Mining.
During the meeting, Principal Wang Qi introduced the school’s educational programs and, on behalf of all teachers and students, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the Party Committee of Zangge Potash’s long-term care and support for special education. She noted that Zangge’s acts of kindness have not only provided tangible material assistance, but have also delivered invaluable emotional encouragement to the children—like a beam of light illuminating their path of growth and filling the campus with warmth.

In his remarks, Cui Pengfei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of Zangge Mining, emphasized that children with special needs are an integral part of the broader social community and require greater care and support from society as a whole. As a locally rooted enterprise in Golmud, Zangge Mining has consistently upheld the principle of “Party leadership with a commitment to giving back to society,” actively fulfilling its social responsibilities and proactively supporting vulnerable groups. He noted that the Company’s Party Committee will continue to leverage the role of Party organizations as strong institutional anchors and the exemplary role of Party members, using joint Party-building initiatives as a platform to mobilize more employees to participate in volunteer services. Through expanding service scope and innovating engagement formats, Zangge Mining will work hand in hand with Golmud Special Education School to foster a more inclusive, caring, and supportive environment for children with special needs, helping every child realize their full potential.
The presentation of the commemorative banner conveyed warmth, while the acts of kindness reflected a strong sense of responsibility. This appreciation event not only affirmed the positive interactions between the two parties in 2025, but also served as a vivid example of the Party Committee of Zangge Mining actively practicing corporate social responsibility. In 2026, Zangge Mining’s volunteer service initiatives will continue to uphold the principle of “educating with love and supporting persons with disabilities through dedicated care.” The Company will regularly organize Party members and young volunteers to engage with special education schools and carry out diverse volunteer activities, providing sustained support for the healthy growth of children with special needs. With joint efforts from both sides, this meaningful public welfare initiative is expected to achieve even more impactful outcomes and continue contributing Zangge’s strength to the building of a harmonious society.
