Zangge Mining Officially Launches Contract Management System Development, Advancing Contract Management Through Digital Enablement

       To further implement the Group’s digital transformation strategy and comprehensively promote centralized and standardized contract management, Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. convened the kick-off meeting for its contract management system development project on January 5, 2026, marking the official entry of the Company’s contract management digitalization into the implementation phase.

       Representatives from the Compliance and Legal Affairs Department, Information Management Department, Planning and Finance Department, the President’s Office, as well as the project team from Beijing Seeyon Internet Software Corp., Ltd., attended the meeting. During the session, the Seeyon project team systematically presented the overall project roadmap and implementation plan.

       The project will be closely aligned with the Company’s current contract management practices and operational needs, with the objectives of “standardization, intelligence, and security.” It aims to build a unified contract management platform covering all 17 consolidated subsidiaries across the Group. Adopting an approach of overall planning with phased implementation, the Company will strictly control project quality and timelines to ensure the effective and orderly rollout of the system.

       Sun Liming, Deputy Head of the Company’s project team, noted that the development of the contract management system is a critical initiative to enhance the Company’s legal risk prevention capabilities and operational efficiency. He emphasized that the project team should adhere firmly to compliance requirements, deeply integrate business realities with industry best practices, and achieve online, full-lifecycle contract management, thereby promoting digitalized contract workflows, standardized risk controls, and refined management practices.

       Deputy Head Guan Yu highlighted that system development should be optimized based on actual business needs, with particular attention paid to the structured extraction and sharing of contract data. This approach is intended to enable cross-system collaboration and decision-making across finance, procurement, and other functions, while ensuring comprehensive support in areas such as AI applications and historical data migration.

       Pu Yi, Project Lead from Beijing Seeyon Internet Software Corp., Ltd., stated that Seeyon will fully support Zangge Mining by conducting thorough requirements analysis and rigorous system testing to deliver a standardized, unified, and stable contract management platform, providing reliable support for the Company’s management enhancement efforts.

       The kick-off meeting further clarified the project’s objectives, implementation roadmap, and working mechanisms. Going forward, Zangge Mining will work closely with Seeyon, strictly adhere to the project implementation plan, and advance the development of an intelligent contract management platform tailored to the Company’s business needs. The system is expected to deliver clear contract visibility, standardized approval processes, real-time performance monitoring, systematic risk control capabilities, and intelligent data analytics, thereby supporting the Company’s strategic development through digitalization and comprehensively enhancing compliance operations and lean management capabilities.
