Improving Employee Accommodation, Demonstrating Corporate Humanistic Care

To improve employees’ living conditions and quality of life, and to provide first-class, comfortable accommodations, the company leased the staff dormitory building at No. 29, Jianshe Road, from Qinghai Zhonghao Natural Gas & Chemical Co., Ltd., and carried out comprehensive renovations. The newly renovated dormitory officially opened on July 14, with the first batch of 41 employees moving in.

The dormitory building contains a total of 176 rooms, including staff dormitories, guest rooms, offices, duty rooms, and cleaning rooms. Each dormitory is equipped with an independent bathroom, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf, full bedding set, and cleaning supplies. Additionally, it features full WiFi coverage, 24-hour water heaters, bathroom mirror lighting, and drying rooms. To ensure cleanliness and safety, the company has established comprehensive management regulations and monitoring systems, conducting weekly hygiene inspections. Cleaning and security personnel are assigned to maintain public areas and ensure safety, providing employees with a clean, warm, and secure living environment.

At the company’s Chaka Salt Lake plant, the Transportation Department also carried out comprehensive renovations of the original railway crossing dormitories to provide more comfortable accommodations. The previous dormitories were small and had suffered long-term water damage, causing foundation collapse and roof leaks. After careful planning by the department leadership, the dormitories at the first and fifth crossings were completely rebuilt, while the remaining five were repaired. The project has now been completed successfully, with the new crossing dormitories being sturdy, spacious, well-lit, and well-ventilated.

The opening of the new staff dormitory and renovated crossing dormitories is another concrete action by the company to improve employees’ working and living conditions, allowing them to share in the company’s development achievements.
