Company Holds 2023 Graduate “Mentorship” Agreement Signing Ceremony

To accelerate talent development and promote high-quality growth, the Human Resources Department recently held the 2023 Graduate “Mentorship” Agreement Signing Ceremony for new employees.

At the signing ceremony, Chen Jianguo, Minister of the Human Resources Department, introduced the purpose and significance of the event and provided a detailed explanation of the “Mentorship Agreement.” Minister Chen stated that the mentors are experienced employees within the company, while the mentees are newly recruited staff. Over the coming period, mentors and mentees will work closely together to jointly advance the company’s development to a higher level.

After the distribution of the “Mentorship Agreement” by staff, the solemn signing ceremony officially began. Zhou Jun, representing the mentors from the Technology R&D Department, warmly welcomed the young and energetic mentees, pledging to impart knowledge wholeheartedly, provide guidance, and carefully assist them whenever difficulties arise, fully fulfilling the responsibilities of the mentorship agreement. The mentee representative, Xing Chunyan, stated that Zangge Mining has a highly cohesive and socially responsible team. The company’s mentorship program brings hope and confidence to newcomers, helping new graduates quickly adapt to their roles and work rhythm. She expressed a sincere learning attitude, earnestly accepting guidance and supervision from her mentors, and pledged to strive to become a qualified member of Zangge.

The ceremony also invited Wang Libing, Minister of the Public Facilities Department, who has significant achievements and experience in talent development, to share his insights. Minister Wang emphasized that “mentorship” is not only a process for mentees to learn and grow, but also an opportunity for mentors to continue learning and developing. He encouraged new employees to actively engage in practical work, transform theoretical knowledge into practical skills, and improve both work efficiency and quality.
