Pre-Holiday Care: Trade Union Shows Care and Warmth

With the Spring Festival approaching, the company’s trade union has actively carried out a pre-holiday warmth campaign with the care and responsibility of a “family at home.” The initiative aims to provide emotional warmth and moral encouragement to employees, and through multiple measures, effectively enhance the “temperature” of staff happiness and well-being.

01 Visiting Frontline Employees in the Lake Area

Since the beginning of winter, frontline employees have braved the cold to maintain their posts. To genuinely care for and support them, and to enhance their sense of cohesion, achievement, and belonging, the trade union, on February 1, delivered nut gift packages totaling over 50,000 yuan to more than 300 frontline staff on duty during the Spring Festival, expressing the heartfelt concern of the chairman and general manager.

Employees expressed that through this visit, they genuinely felt the care and concern from the trade union and company leadership. In the new year, they will continue to work with full energy and responsibility, performing their duties as always, and contributing to the development of Zangge.

02 Visiting Impoverished Households in Xinhua Village

On January 26, trade union staff visited two impoverished households in Xinhua Village, delivering daily necessities including rice, flour, cooking oil, and milk, along with New Year blessings and greetings.

At the home of Tang Xingyuan, staff inquired about the family’s income and health, encouraging them to maintain self-reliance, confidence, and resilience, and to strive for a prosperous life with the support of the Party, government, and society.

Moving forward, the trade union will continue taking practical actions to benefit employees, solve real problems, and enhance their sense of well-being. The paired-assistance program will also be prioritized as a key approach to serve employees and strengthen connections with the community.
