Company Conducts Training on Phase Diagram Theory and Applications for Aqueous Salt Systems

To further enhance the overall technical capabilities of the company’s technical staff and frontline employees, the Technical R&D Department conducted training on phase diagram analysis and theoretical calculation systems on July 17 at the Lake Area office building. The training targeted staff from the Production Management Department (Mining Workshop), Safety and Environmental Protection Department, Technical R&D Department, as well as newly recruited employees in 2024.

The training was delivered by Yan Xiuying and Li Yumei from the Technical R&D Department. The content covered theoretical foundations of aqueous salt system phase diagrams, phase diagram plotting, brine solar evaporation processes based on Qarhan Salt Lake brine analysis data, and phase diagram calculations for salt field operations. Drawing on the “Salt Field Solar Evaporation Handbook” published by Zangge Potash, the training closely connected theory with practical production, demonstrating how to apply phase diagram theory to guide solar evaporation operations more efficiently. It also systematically explained the practical applications of quaternary aqueous salt systems in the production process.

Through diverse teaching methods, the training effectively integrated theoretical knowledge with practical operations, enabling employees to gradually become familiar with the application of phase diagrams in production processes.

This professional training effectively improved the expertise of technical staff and frontline employees. The training sessions were lively and interactive, significantly enhancing both new and experienced employees’ overall understanding of the company’s production processes. After the training, a WeChat group for phase diagram learning was established for resource sharing and interactive learning both online and offline, fostering a competitive and collaborative learning atmosphere and achieving excellent training results.
