Zangge Potash Successfully Hosts “A Birthday, A Celebration” Employee Birthday Party

Zangge Potash successfully held an employee birthday party on August 2 in the West Office Building of the Lake District, organized by the Party and Mass Culture Department with strong support from the company trade union. The event was filled with warmth, joy, and laughter.

The celebration began with Mr. Zeng Minghua, Chairman of the Company Trade Union, extending sincere birthday wishes to all employees celebrating their birthdays. He emphasized that the trade union, as employees’ “home away from home,” will continue to uphold its mission and create greater welfare for all, jointly promoting a harmonious and stable company development.

Ms. Tian Zhangyun, Assistant to the General Manager, also extended her warmest birthday greetings on behalf of the company, expressing deep gratitude and care to each employee, warming everyone’s heart like a gentle stream.

Following this, Mr. Cheng Guangyong, an employee representative, shared his personal growth journey and experiences at the company, reflecting the strong bonds among colleagues and conveying his heartfelt passion and loyalty to Zangge.

The event continued with a lively and entertaining game session. To the sound of cheerful music, a series of exciting games were played,

including “Quick Questions” testing employees’ knowledge of the company, “Musical Chairs” testing reflexes, “Opposite Words” testing strategy and psychology, “Bottle Cap Toss” combining skill and fun, and “Balloon on Head” requiring teamwork. Each game cleverly balanced challenge and enjoyment, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter.

These games not only brought fun to employees but also showcased Zangge employees’ intelligence, creativity, and outstanding teamwork.

The celebration culminated in a warm collective wish-making ceremony. Candles were lit on the cake, and everyone gathered around, wearing birthday hats, closing their eyes, and silently making wishes.

When the candles were blown out, cheers rang out as the cake was cut and shared, filling the room with sweetness.

Amidst the collective singing of the birthday song and the melodious performance of Ms. Shen Yanxia’s “As Desired”, the cake delighted the taste buds, and the music resonated, immersing everyone in shared joy and warmth.

As the first collective birthday celebration in the company’s 22-year history, this event added a touch of warmth and brightness to employees’ personal lives and marked an important milestone in Zangge Potash’s ongoing efforts to strengthen corporate culture and deepen humanistic care.
