Turning “Key Personnel” into “Well-Informed Personnel” — Zangge Potash Conducts Third Quarter Safety Education and Training

To strengthen the foundation of production safety and enhance the company’s overall safety management level, on July 28, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized a safety education training focused on fire and explosion emergency response plans, as well as special operations and safety supervision. A total of 157 employees from Workshop No. 1 of the Production Management Department and the Maintenance Workshop of the Utilities Department participated.

The training centered on two main themes: fire and explosion emergency response plans, and safety in special operations and supervision. Through in-depth analysis of multiple recent safety incidents nationwide, employees gained a more accurate understanding of fire and explosion emergency protocols, improving their ability to respond to unexpected disasters and minimizing potential losses. In addition, the training covered a range of topics including the scope of work for designated safety supervisors, job requirements, responsibilities, standards for executing special operations, and safety procedures for confined space operations. Employees were educated to prevent accidents before they occur, strictly comply with the Safety Production Regulations in all aspects of their work, and ensure that safety remains the top priority—resolutely eliminating, preventing, and controlling all forms of potential hazards.

The company has always placed production safety as its highest priority. Strengthening employees’ ability to escape dangerous situations and enhancing the safety awareness of supervisors are vital measures to safeguard the lives and property of employees. These efforts have laid a solid foundation for the company’s three-year action plan to fundamentally improve safety production.
