Exchange and Learning to Promote Improvement, Mutual Reference for Shared Development
Following the special railway safety management symposium hosted by the Lanzhou Railway Supervision Administration, the company’s Transportation Department, in accordance with the meeting’s guidance and requirements, arranged for department heads to visit Qinghai Salt Lake Smart Logistics Co., Ltd. on November 12 for an exchange and learning session, deepening their understanding of standardized dedicated railway construction through on-site observation.

The exchange and learning activity focused on standardized dedicated railway construction, covering areas such as freight operations, equipment maintenance, operational standardization, and personnel management. Participants visited the potash product freight workshop, railway mechanical maintenance workshop, standardized track crossing, freight equipment warehouse, dispatch command center, staff activity center, and digital classroom of Qinghai Salt Lake Smart Logistics. During the visit, both sides discussed issues including standardized operating procedures, personnel management, safety-standardized team construction, and record-keeping systems with the relevant staff.
Deputy Minister of the Transportation Department, Zhang Zuoping, emphasized during the activity that standardized dedicated railway construction must center on institutional development. He stressed the importance of continuously improving systems based on practical needs while ensuring the implementation of the “Four Essentials”: establishing regulations, conducting learning, providing training, and implementing assessments.

This exchange and learning activity helped enhance the department heads’ capabilities in standardized freight transportation procedures, operational protocols, and safety awareness. It also significantly improved professional skills in potash loading and unloading, positively contributing to optimizing the company’s dedicated railway service quality. The Transportation Department will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation, integrate advanced industry experience, and promote standardized and systematic development of dedicated railway construction, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of Zangge products and injecting new momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
