Zangge Mining and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics Hold “Rapid Growth for Newcomers” Salon

Recently, Vice President Qin Shizhe of Zangge Mining, serving as an external career development mentor at SWUFE, conducted a salon with students on the theme of “Rapid Growth for Newcomers.”

Drawing from his extensive professional experience, Vice President Qin elaborated on how newcomers can quickly integrate into and adapt to the workplace, offering practical strategies for career development. He emphasized that newcomers face different challenges compared with students, particularly in goal orientation, decision-making, and problem-solving strategies. He advised students to swiftly adjust their mindset, appreciate and respect diverse perspectives, and actively foster collaboration within teams.
Vice President Qin also shared personal insights on navigating workplace challenges and seizing career opportunities, providing detailed responses and guidance to students’ career-related questions. This event further strengthened the collaboration between Zangge Mining and SWUFE, offering robust support for talent cultivation and pipeline development.
