Company Holds 2024 Campus Recruit Competency and Literacy Training

On November 22, the Human Resources Department organized a competency and literacy training session for the 2024 campus recruits to help them adapt to the workplace more quickly and plan their career development.

The training was structured around three core topics: “How to Make Effective Summaries and Plans,” “Self-Management Skills,” and “Analysis of Campus Recruit Development.”

In the “How to Make Effective Summaries and Plans” session, the instructor explained in detail how to formulate practical plans and summaries. By comparing case studies, the training emphasized clear, specific, and measurable goals, enabling participants to effectively summarize experiences and improve capabilities. In the “Self-Management Skills” session, the instructor elaborated on the fundamental principles and methods of self-management from multiple dimensions, including time, emotion, and stress management, as well as career planning, and demonstrated how to apply these skills in daily work. During the “Analysis of Campus Recruit Development” session, the Human Resources Department used charts and data analysis to present the comprehensive performance of campus recruits, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement while providing constructive advice. Questions from recruits regarding positions and promotion opportunities were also addressed.
