Company Receives Key Enterprise Consolation Fund from Qinghai Province, Demonstrating Corporate Strength and Social Responsibility

On January 24, 2025, Vice President Fang Li, Party Secretary Cui Pengfei, and General Manager of the Policy Research Office Chen Yan represented the company to attend the Qinghai Province Key Enterprise Consolation Event at the Qinghai Provincial CPPCC, where they were warmly received by Renqing Anjie, Vice Chairman and Standing Committee Member of the Qinghai Provincial CPPCC. During the event, Vice Chairman Renqing Anjie presented the company with a consolation fund of 100,000 RMB, reflecting the government’s care and support for enterprises.

At the event, Vice President Fang Li provided a detailed report to Vice Chairman Renqing Anjie on the company’s operations and fulfillment of social responsibilities. She stated that since its establishment, with the care and support of successive leaderships, the company has grown into the nation’s second-largest potash fertilizer producer and one of the top ten lithium carbonate producers in the industry.

In her report, Vice President Fang Li emphasized the company’s responsibilities and commitments in the new stage of national development. She noted that the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed “enhancing the resilience and safety of industrial and supply chains.” As an important member of the potash industry, the company is willing to contribute to national industrial security, supply chain stability, and high-quality industry development. Additionally, the company has always upheld and implemented the concept of “Chinese national community consciousness,” uniting employees of all ethnic groups on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, pooling diverse wisdom, and building an enterprise culture with distinctive plateau characteristics.

The company actively fulfills its social responsibilities, establishing the Zangge Mining “Yixing Hongguang” Public Welfare Fund, supporting poverty alleviation, disaster relief, epidemic and flood prevention, among other initiatives. In recent years, cumulative donations and contributions of materials have totaled 180 million RMB.

Regarding the company’s future development plans, Vice President Fang Li stated that over the next five years, the company will place equal importance on ecological and environmental protection, social responsibility fulfillment, and enhancing corporate governance modernization. It will adhere to the “two-step” strategic goal of expanding nationwide and globally, achieve leapfrog growth in production volume, elevate major economic indicators and profits to the hundreds of millions level, and significantly enhance economic strength and corporate scale; unite all ethnic forces, harness ethnic wisdom, and draw on Buddhist principles, striving to reach the level of a world-class mining group and contribute to the safety and stability of the national salt-lake industry chain.

Vice Chairman Renqing Anjie highly praised the company’s achievements. He stated that as a key enterprise in Qinghai Province, Zangge Mining has consistently made important contributions to local economic development and expressed hope that the company will continue to leverage its advantages, strengthen technological innovation and talent cultivation, and make greater contributions to national development.
