On the occasion of the 115th International Women’s Day, Zangge Mining and its subsidiaries organized a series of activities, conveying corporate care in diverse forms and showcasing the company’s sense of responsibility and humanistic warmth.
Overseas: Sports Diplomacy Deepens Local Integration

On March 6, Zangge Mining (Laos) Development Co., Ltd. jointly held a rolling ball friendship event with the government of Bako County, Laos, to celebrate the 115th International Women’s Day and deepen enterprise-community collaboration. Using sports competition as a bridge, the event further strengthened the friendly cooperative relationship between the company and the local government.

A total of six teams participated in the event. On the field, the company’s representative team, with tacit coordination and tenacious effort, won second place in both the men’s and women’s groups. All six teams practiced the sportsmanship of “friendship first, competition second,” showcasing individual style while highlighting the power of teamwork. After the event, the company specially invited Bako County government leaders and participating representatives to join a relaxed dinner, further closing the distance between the two sides and laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

This event with the Bako County government not only strengthened enterprise-community collaboration but also conveyed the cooperation concept of “resource sharing and development together” with local authorities. It signifies Zangge Mining (Laos) Development Co., Ltd.’s continuous efforts in localized development, demonstrating the deep significance of cultural integration and mutual benefit during the “going global” process of Chinese enterprises.

Domestic: Legal Protection with Warm Care

On March 7, the Zangge Potash Trade Union, under the theme “Warm March Days · Women’s Brilliance,” carefully planned and organized a series of diverse and rich activities, sending holiday blessings and care to female employees.

Lawyers Zhang Ting, Xu Sijia, and Nan Wenqing from the Group Legal Department successively delivered a special lecture to female employees of Zangge Potash and Zangge Lithium, titled “Legal Support for Her Power: From Family to Workplace Rights Guide.” Through case analysis on marriage, family, and labor rights, the lecture helped build a legal shield for female employees.

In the fun team-building activities, games such as “One Circle to the End” and “Invincible Wheel” were played in succession, allowing female employees to relax and rejuvenate after busy work. Over 120 participants engaged actively, gaining energy through collaboration. The “Wish Sticky Notes” segment provided a platform for female employees to express their thoughts and wishes. Notes inscribed with hopes for both family and career formed a colorful wish wall, becoming an emotional landmark of corporate culture.
During the holiday, Zangge Potash and Zangge Lithium also distributed supermarket shopping cards to female employees, sending them festival greetings and best wishes.
From the potash production base on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to the resource development frontiers in Laos, Zangge’s female employees are transforming the holiday harvest into momentum for progress. These activities not only embody the philosophy of “the enterprise is for people, relies on people, and serves people” but also concretely express cultural integration in the company’s global strategy. The company will continue to safeguard female employees’ rights, unite women’s strength, and showcase the excellence of modern women in the process of high-quality development.
