Zangge Potash Reinforces Safety Accountability During “Safety Production Month”
In alignment with the 2025 “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Can Respond—Keep Life Channels Clear” Safety Production Month theme, Zangge Potash organized a themed educational training session on “Implementing Safety Responsibility, Standardizing Safety Risks” on June 13, 2025. The session was led by Mr. He Zongren, a safety expert from Qinghai Province, and conducted in a hybrid format, engaging company leaders, departmental safety managers, and key external contractors. The initiative aimed to strengthen company-wide safety accountability and risk prevention capabilities.

The training focused on the core principle of “Everyone talks safety, everyone can respond”, covering safety situation analysis, typical accident case studies, legal responsibility interpretation, and safety awareness enhancement. Through real-life cases, statutory guidance from the Production Safety Law and the “Fifteen Hard Measures,” and vivid demonstrations, Mr. He emphasized the principle of “People First, Life First”, reinforcing the mandatory concepts of “dual responsibility for positions” and “three managements and three musts”. Participants were confronted with alarming accident scenarios and statistics, underscoring the severe consequences of neglecting safety responsibilities.
A key focus was the critical importance of keeping life channels unobstructed. Managers were instructed to ensure that escape routes and rescue passages remain completely clear during routine operations and emergencies. The expert demonstrated methods for identifying and mitigating obstructions, enhancing participants’ understanding of the vital role of these life-saving pathways.

This training represents a significant initiative by Zangge Potash in support of nationwide Safety Production Month. It encourages managers to maintain a heightened sense of vigilance and responsibility, setting an example to drive the broader workforce. By promoting a shift from “I must be safe” to “I want to be safe, I will be safe, I can respond”, the company enhances safety accountability and emergency readiness, ensuring the ongoing operational safety and stability of its production activities.
Safety has no endpoint—only continuous vigilance. Zangge Potash will leverage this Safety Production Month initiative to deepen its safety culture, ensure the philosophy of “Everyone talks safety, everyone can respond” is internalized and applied, and maintain the uninterrupted openness of life channels, safeguarding personnel and supporting high-quality corporate development.
