Strengthening Awareness Through Competition: Zangge Potash Hosts 2025 Annual Safety Knowledge Contest

To thoroughly implement the 2025 Safety Production Month theme, “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Responds—Identify Hazards Around You”, and to further promote the company’s safety culture while enhancing employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, Zangge Potash successfully held its 2025 Annual Safety Knowledge Contest on June 20 at the West Office Building in the Lake Area. Thirteen teams from various departments competed on the same stage.

The contest aligned closely with the annual safety theme and featured multiple rounds, including mandatory team questions, quick-response team questions, risk scenarios, and audience interaction. Content covered safety laws and regulations, operational procedures, emergency response measures, and daily safety knowledge, all closely linked to actual work practices, making learning engaging and practical. The event not only tested participants’ mastery of safety theory but also enhanced teamwork and on-the-spot problem-solving skills.

The competition atmosphere was lively, with participants responding confidently and demonstrating strong knowledge reserves and excellent team spirit. After several rounds of intense competition, the Legal Affairs Department team emerged as the champion, winning first prize. The Transportation Department team and Production Department – Eighth Workshop team received second prize, while the Party and Culture Department team, Public Facilities Department team, and Production Department – Mining Workshop team won third prize.

The contest successfully achieved its goal of “learning through competition and applying learning in practice”, fostering a company-wide culture where everyone pays attention to safety, learns safety, and participates in safety. Leveraging this event as a catalyst, the company will continue to innovate and carry out diverse safety education activities, steadily reinforcing the foundation of safe production and elevating overall safety management standards.
