Legal Affairs Department Conducts Specialized Training on Labor Law
To foster harmonious labor relations and enhance the legal awareness of frontline production employees, the Legal Affairs Department organized a specialized labor law training for the Production Management Department on June 24, 2024, with 57 frontline employees participating in full.

The training focused on deepening understanding of labor laws, covering key topics such as standardized management of labor contracts, statutory working hours and leave policies, wage and benefits protection mechanisms, and lawful resolution of labor disputes. Lecturer Nan Wenqing translated abstract legal provisions into practical guidance through precise legal interpretations and analysis of typical cases. During interactive sessions, employees actively engaged with the content, receiving clear, legally compliant advice on issues of concern and practical methods to safeguard their rights.
The training effectively enhanced employees’ understanding and application of labor laws, strengthened awareness of rational rights protection, and laid a solid foundation for cultivating a culture of mutual respect and compliance within the company. Moving forward, the Legal Affairs Department will continue to align with the company’s high-quality development needs, adhering to the principles of “strengthening compliance, protecting employee rights, and pooling development synergy”, integrating legal safeguards into all aspects of operations, and providing robust support for sustainable corporate growth.
