Zangge Group Holds 2025 Graduate Mentor Orientation

To accelerate the role transition of 2025 campus recruits and support their integration into corporate culture and mastery of core skills, Zangge Group Headquarters HR Department hosted the 2025 Graduate Mentor Orientation on July 15 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Golmud. The event featured speeches by company leaders, experience-sharing by previous cohorts, an oath by new hires, program briefings, and the signing of mentorship agreements. Through this full-cycle development mechanism, the company aims to build a multi-dimensional growth platform to cultivate the backbone of its future workforce.
Leadership Address

Mr. Chen Jianguo, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Zangge Mining, warmly welcomed the 2025 graduates. He stressed that mentors play a crucial role in guiding newcomers by “sharing experience, supporting business, and modeling professionalism,” helping them bridge the final gap between campus and workplace. He encouraged the new hires to embrace a humble mindset and grow together with the company.
Role Models Empowering Growth

Mr. Wang Libing, Assistant General Manager of Zangge Potash, shared his experience as a mentor since 2022, highlighting the importance of tackling business challenges alongside mentees. “Mentors are not only skill transmitters but also shapers of professional values,” he said, pledging to continue supporting young talent to thrive at Zangge.
In addition, the company introduced the “Class Advisor” role to provide both professional guidance and personal care. Ms. Shen Chengfang, Compensation & Performance Supervisor at Zangge Potash and advisor representative, promised to serve as both “career confidant” and “growth catalyst,” accompanying new hires on their journey.

Experience Sharing

Outstanding alumni, including 2023 graduate Xiao Wenxiang and 2024 management trainee Lou Xiaoyan, offered advice from their own career journeys. Xiao emphasized the importance of steady progress and stepping beyond comfort zones, while Lou encouraged the new cohort to embrace cross-department collaboration and develop resilience through challenges.
New Employee Oath

On behalf of the 2025 cohort, management trainee Yang Yuzhao delivered a solemn pledge: “We will uphold Zangge’s values and standards, embrace our work with passion, take responsibility, keep learning, refine our skills, pursue excellence, and work together to create value.” The powerful oath embodied the recruits’ recognition of corporate culture and determination to grow with the company.

Structured Development Program
To ensure smooth transition from campus to workplace, the HR Department designed a phased training plan. Ms. Zhang Yan, Recruitment & Training Supervisor, introduced the dual-stage “Integration – Probation” program, which includes professional skills training, personalized mentorship, and dynamic evaluations, all aimed at enhancing adaptability and career potential.
Mentorship Agreements
At the ceremony, mentors and new employees signed formal mentorship agreements, symbolizing the transmission of experience, trust, and responsibility, while laying the foundation for strong professional bonds.
The successful event marked the official start of the 2025 graduates’ career journey at Zangge. Looking ahead, the company will continue to strengthen its dual focus on development and care, leveraging structured training, diverse practice, and personalized support to empower young talent, reinforce its talent pipeline, and drive high-quality growth.
