Zangge Potash Fertilizer Party Committee Holds Second (Expanded) Meeting

To thoroughly study the latest important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, further strengthen the guiding role of Party-building, and consolidate the synergy for corporate development, the Zangge Potash Fertilizer Party Committee held its second expanded meeting of 2025 on the afternoon of April 11 in the conference room of the West Office Building in the Lake District. The meeting was chaired by Party Committee Secretary Wang Jubao, with 21 participants including committee members, Party branch secretaries, Party representatives, the person in charge of the Zangge Group Party organization establishment, and relevant personnel from the Industry and Policy Research Department of Zangge Mining.

The meeting focused on studying the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speeches at the Central Peripheral Work Conference, and conducted in-depth interpretation and systematic discussion of the "Sunshine Zangge – Party-Building Leads the Way" Party-brand activity promotion plan. It was clarified that the main line of work is "strengthen thinking, unite forces, promote development," aiming to establish a new framework of deep integration between Party-building and business operations. During the meeting, all branches collectively reviewed and signed the 2025 "Ideological Work Responsibility Letter" and "Integrity in Employment Responsibility Letter," enforcing a hierarchical accountability chain and creating a three-tier responsibility system of “Party Committee coordination, branch implementation, Party member demonstration.”

Chen Yan, General Manager of the Industry and Policy Research Department, in line with the spirit of the Central Peripheral Work Conference, emphasized the core role of Party-building in private enterprises for ideological guidance and crisis response, noting that the integration of the company’s "Sunshine Zangge" Party-brand serves as an important driver for corporate culture and high-quality development. Cui Pengfei, the person in charge of establishing the Zangge Group Party organization, read out the "Approval from the CPC Ge’ermu Municipal Committee on the Establishment of the Party Committee of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd." and the "Notice on Organizational Structure Changes of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd.," stressing that future Party-building should be deeply integrated with corporate culture and high-quality development, use data-driven approaches to promote decision-making innovation, apply quantitative metrics to evaluate Party-building effectiveness, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of Party work, and ensure the implementation of Party Committee decisions.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Party Committee Secretary Wang Jubao called on all Party members and cadres to deeply reflect on the core spirit of the Central Peripheral Work Conference, adopt a "branch-led learning, member-practiced learning" approach, stay constantly informed on policy trends, strengthen political responsibility in their positions, explore practical paths for Party-building to empower high-quality development of private enterprises, and consolidate development synergy through exemplary leadership.

This meeting served as a renewed mobilization of thought and redeployment of actions following the 2025 Party-building work deployment meeting of Zangge Potash Fertilizer. By implementing the ideological responsibility system and the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions in a multidimensional manner, the meeting effectively promoted the advancement of the company’s Party-building efforts to a new level, injecting new momentum for Party-building to guide the company’s high-quality development.
