The Party Committee of Zangge Potash Fertilizer Holds Meeting on Reports and Work Advancement of Grassroots Party Organizations’ Study on the Spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation

To earnestly carry out the study and education on the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and promote its in-depth implementation, on May 12, the Party Committee of Zangge Potash Fertilizer held a meeting for grassroots Party organizations to report on their study of the regulation and advance work implementation. The meeting was presided over by Party Secretary Wang Jubao, with 11 participants including Party Committee members, branch secretaries, branch committee members, and Party affairs staff.

The meeting focused on studying the newly revised Company Charter, with an emphasis on the sections concerning the Party Committee, highlighting the need to further integrate Party-building work with the company’s production and operations and to actively play the political guidance role of the Party organization. At the meeting, grassroots Party organizations reported systematically on their study and education activities, thoroughly reviewing the current effectiveness of branch work, existing shortcomings, and directions and measures for the next phase. Party Committee member Xiao Bing, in charge of production management, noted that as production managers, personnel should not only delve deeply into business areas, accurately grasp the company’s strategic positioning and higher-level Party directives, but also act as “policy communicators,” incorporating safety production and compliance requirements into daily guidance to ensure smooth information flow and effective implementation.

Wang Jubao fully affirmed the current work achievements of each branch and, in redeploying the continuous deepening of study and education, emphasized three points: first, solidify theoretical armament by carrying out stratified and categorized Party member education; second, promote open-door education by extending publicity channels and explaining policies to workshop employees and the masses; third, smooth public opinion channels, listen to people’s voices and observe public sentiment in multiple ways, and effectively improve services through work style enhancement.

The convening of this meeting represents further deepening and implementation of the study of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, as well as a practical effort to consolidate development momentum through new achievements in work style construction.
